Kompetensi Dasar        :  1.1 Mendeskripsikan komponen kimiawi sel, struktur dan fungsi sel sebagai unit terkecil kehidupan.

Basic Competences      : 1.1. To describe cell chemistry component, structure and function of cell as the smallest unit in life  

Indikator :

• Membuat preparat pengamatan mikroskopis sel hewan dan sel tumbuhan
• Menggambar struktur sel berdasarkan hasil pengamatan mikroskopis
• Membandingkan struktur sel hidup dan sel mati
• Membandingkan struktur sel hewan dan sel tumbuhan
• Menjelaskan struktur dan fungsi membran sel, sitoplasma, dan inti sel
• Mendeskripsikan perbedaan struktur sel prokariotik dan sel eukariotik

Indicators :

• To make microscopic observation preparate of animal and plant
• To draw cell structure based on microscopic observation preparate
• To compare the structure of living cell with non-living cell
• To compare the structure of animalc ell and plant cell
• To explain structure and function of cell membrane, cytoplasm and nucleolus
• To describe the different of structure prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell 

Tujuan Pembelajaran  :

1.  Siswa mampu membuat preparat pengamatan sel hewan dan sel tumbuhan, mengamati, dan menggambar hasil pengamatan

2. Siswa mampu menjelaskan perbedaan sel mati dan sel hidup, sel hewan dan sel tumbuhan, serta sel prokariotik dan sel eukariotik

The Purposes of Study:

1.  Students are able to make preparate for observing animal cell and plant cell, to observe, and to draw the observation result

2.  Students are able to explain the differentiate living and non-living cell, animal and plant cell, along with prokaryotic and eukaryotik cell
